I will let Gase ride out 2019 unless Ross is able to get David Shaw one or the Harbaughs...

That way Gase still has the ability to surprise in a make or break year or bottom out like other lame duck head coaches giving us a high pick in the vaunted 2020 QB class

I know everyone going absolutely crazy right now.

But lets also not lose sight that there are only a few teams in the entire NFL that's over .500
It's still a very long season and still lots of games to go.

Any talk of replacing the head coach at this point is premature.
