We very well could finish 3rd in the division. Not just because we didn't get Cook, but that doesn't help at all.

Jets also have a crap OL so it will be the battle of who's is worse. Jets defense is looking like a potential top 5, I don't think even the biggest homers on here can argue that one, but nothing surprises me with this lot.

Just feels like a self inflicted wound to me. We’re robbing from the present to save money for a future that may not exist. We haven’t won a playoff game in 23 years. If this is Year 24, do we even care to keep this core intact?

We have $13+ million in cap room, a hole at RB, and a Pro Bowl RB was available for ~ $7M. Should’ve spent it and filled the hole, in my opinion. Instead one of our chief rivals did. We’ll see who was right soon enough.
