Could Devlin push henne and start mid season?

Wouldn't it be funny if Beck goes on to star with the Redskins, after being released by Parcells!!! It's being reported Shanahan loved Beck and wanted to draft him ...

Yea it would be nice if we knew of a QB that Shanahan has developed. But I have nothing against Beck, I think he got a raw deal down here and to bring in Thigpen/Pat White to replace him was just laughable. I wish him well.
 
Over/Under on Henne benchings in 2011... I'll set it at 2. Get some.
 
I was down in Delaware yesterday and some guy saw my fins hat and said we have an amazing QB. I looked at him like he was crazy, and said IDK about that. He said "you got Pat Devlin!! He's amazing!"

Anyway He went on and on how he is like the next big thing in the NFL, This guy loves Pat Devlin and watched him play for the Blue Hens every game. It a long shot but I hope he's right

Cool....watching his highlights he does have a pennington-like release. Would anyone really be surprised if anyone beats out Henne?

I remember that post too. I am sure Sparano had his eye on Devlin because of his connections to Delaware.
Sometimes even the most astute draft guru's are wrong.
We all have to remember that Brady was a sixth round pick. Who knows, could we have hit the QB lotto? Devlin is in a great spot because Henne and Moore are both beatable opponents.
I am rooting for all our QB's because I want the Fins to succeed, but Devlin out playing the vets and as a rookie starting and playing well would be the best story around here since Dan the man.

I hope Devlin does start, he's got one thing Henne doesn't. Accuracy. Doesn't matter how hard you can throw the ball if you aren't accurate.

He loved him so much last year he did not play him.
