I'm glad you did some research before starting this thread but the question you posed had been asked several times over the past week and I think people are just tired of trying to answer it.
That's the thing that's make this so frustrating. I think some people want the OL fixed yesterday but it is not going to happen. Sure it would be great to have the OL settled before the draft but how realistic was that? I would prefer for Hickey/Philbin/Benton to take their time to get it right than just sign what is available and not fit what they are trying to do scheme wise. Yes it is a risk to rely on two rookie players on the OL but it has worked out for the Dolphins once before and with the right players could happen again.
Agree that the question or, something similar, has been asked but, all based on opinion. I believe I showed that our interior, as well as Clabo in 9 games, was not bad at all in pass protect, and that there are few options to come back to that level, aside from the upgrade in Albert.
I seriously doubt that we will see a Webb and Sims repeat. It's a totally different game with top "cream of the crop" guys failing on the OL. I guess we can all hope, and have patience for that to happen. I'm more realistic.
