OK, forgetting the locker room for a moment, pretty much every commentator or writer, including the New York press talks about Sanchez being a detriment to the team. At least two major NY papers have featured articles suggesting the Jets get rid of him and that he is holding them back. This theme is echoed at times in the national media. I personally know rabid Jet fans that would LOVE to get rid of him. His sideline demeanor is terrible, he seems uninterested sitting by himself. I get that you are a fan, but you seem to be one of the very few still insisting that Sanchez is any good. It destroys what credibility you may have.

Still can't believe Jets' fans believe in Sanchez, are you serious... Chad Henne is far better and will beat Sanchez in an open competition.

His Colts were SB contenders with him. Now they are a 2-14. With that in mind, I'm trying to think what team wouldn't be contenders with him.

And then Sanchize would be riding the bench. I can not think of one team in the NFL that would have remote interest in trading for him. At the most a seventh rounder.

I strictly remember the Jets D losing the AFC title game the past two seasons. I also remember Sanchez playing well enough to get them in the Super Bowl the past two seasons they were in the AFC title game. The dude may be an average regular season QB, but he steps his game up in the playoffs. Can't deny that.

Correct me if I am wrong but there is no number on how many bashed him as the report indicated several. Additionally only Mangold spoke up for him.

You need to connect the dots.

In week 5 the core of your WR corp (Holmes, Burress and Mason) meets with the OC to complain about the offense. Sanchez is noticable absent for the meeting.. hmmm I wonder what they were discussing. Afterwards Mason is traded

Holmes blows up in week 16 and by all accounts its directed at Sanchez

Your 3rd string QB says in defending Holmes that players on the team are selfish... If he isn't talking about Holmes who is he talking about?

An un-named player calls Sanchez "lazy"

LT says Sanchez is "pamered" and has "no one to push him"

After the season Mason says

“If he (Sanchez) can’t play better than he did last year, it’s going to be hard for them to do it, He needs to play much better than he has been playing. … Judging by the way he’s played the last three seasons that window is closing on him to be that franchise quarterback and it’s closing very quickly.”

Sure some players have come out and tried to run damage control but where there is smoke there is fire, just ask Fireman Ed.:d-day:

and dare i say chad henne is better than snachez....... and i'm pretty sure we all know henne sucks.

No offense taken, we are all allowed to have our own opinions but if the D played well in either title game he would have played in a SB already.

We need other help but the major problem was on the OL. We could use another WR(Braylon back?), we need a safety and we could use an OLB

Many more than Mangold spoke up- Slauson, Keller, Cromartie, Dixon, Pouha, LT, etc...

If Henne is better and Miami had the better OL, RBs, WRs, Defense, etc... how come you were never close to us in the standings the last 3 years?

If Henne is better and Miami had the better OL, RBs, WRs, Defense, etc... how come you were never close to us in the standings the last 3 years?

funny i don't remember saying anything other than sanchez is garbage.
the jets as a team were better the last few years even though we beat you guys straight up. also i remeber saying that henne sucked also . so what i'm basically saying is
