Cowherd talks Manning, says Phins on cusp of being "elite"

All you need to see Junc is in the biggest game of the season for Sanchez besides crapping the bed throwing 3 picks, PLEASE fast forward to 1:25 as Moore throws the go ahead TD (something sanchez failed to do), instead of being up on the sideline actively watching his defense that he has forced on the field all game after turning the ball over, he is sitting in the shade looking relaxed alone by himself sulking, great leader right there....

oh and that was a nice stat, 63 turnovers since coming into the league, 2nd worst, what B.S. stat or excuse are you going to use to make that okay for Sanchez

bottom line: I don't care what happened 15mins later, it wasn't relevant at the time: but when Sanchez needed to beat us to have any possibility of again sneaking in the playoff's back door for a 3rd year in a row, he again crapped the bed. But of course he rises to the occasion (well maybe he does if the "occasion" is Lance Bass :idk:)

yes we almost snuck into through the back door again. It's so easy to do that which is why 9 of the last 10 years Miami hasn't been able to.

He was awful late in the year, it happens.

Now you are putting words in my mouth. The Jets have many good players. Dolphins and Jets are close in my mind. Records not much different, and we split home games. The thing is that you seem to be one of the very few that has not yet realized that Sanchez isn't good enough. I don't want to hear (again) about the two AFC title losses. Going back a year, he is terrible. His sideline demeanor seems to show that he pouts or doesn't care. When a real QB would be looking at the pics from upstairs with his OC, the guy sits alone like he's waiting for a bus. I get that you are a big Jets fan and he is your QB, but he is holding the team back, and lots of people understand this. The Jets would be a better team with someone else at QB.

so he doesn't look at the pics or talk w/ his OC or any coaches upstairs? he just pouts? Come on.

Moore led one good drive all game long and again w/ zero pressure to win.

I've been told Eli Manning is elite and he has more.

Again with this superfluous "pressure" variable. If you could get 5 people to agree what pressure even is, I'd be surprised. Despite that, you insist on using it as the measuring stick for QB competency. Your argument is disingenuous at best, flat out false at worst...

you get obsessed with one point that you try to prove over and over again no matter how useless it may be, yes Moore led a 21 play drive for a go ahead TD, the go ahead TD that put them ahead for good, pressure or no pressure he still did it, but how you can call a 21 play drive against a division rival to eliminate them from playoff contention and trying to prove yourself in your last game before an off season when you know your team will likely address the QB position via draft of FA, let alone knowing you will have a new coach who could care less who you are, all just proves your grasping at straws for arguments to backup Sanchez

Regardless you can say Moore performed well but he was under no pressure, thats fine as i would expect nothing less from you

but if thats the case, Sanchez had EVERYTHING to play for, choked terribly under "pressure" threw 3 pics that lead to MIA points that won the game, sulked on the sideline, let his WR get out of line (no leadership from Sanchez to keep him in line showing Holmes has ZERO respect for Sanchez) so if you want to call out Moore for putting together a go ahead 21 play TD drive against your "vaunted" Jets defense, please call out Sanchez for choking terribly with the game and playoffs on the line against a division rival with a QB with "nothing to play for"

Pressure to win, expectations to win- it's real whether you agree or not. It's why Sanchez is getting killed for going 8-8 and Moore is getting celebrated for going 6-10.

So what happens if Miami loses? nothing, their season was a failure either way. he didn't have any pressure to beat us. he led an impressive drive but that's the only drive he led all game.

Sanchez did choke along w/ the rest of the team, Sanchez was awful down the stretch.

Our "vaunted" defense stunk this year and was the real reason we didn't make the postseason. That 21 play drive to Matt Moore broke our backs, the week before allowing a 99 yd TD on 3rd and 10 broke our backs- those were game and season changing plays that we couldn't recover from. Obviously we weren't that good or maybe we would have recovered but we didn't.
