Sadly Miami did this to themselves blowing a 21 point lead to Syracuse. Get the job done and they wouldn't have been in this situation

Right or wrong, I hate having the "committee" choose. It's not going to happen, but reorganization into 5-8 balanced conferences and objective W-L playoff criteria, would be so much better IMHO. Even if sometimes a worse team gets in - like in the NFL occasionally over the last decade or 2, 8-8 or even 7-9 NFC teams get into the playoffs over winning teams from the AFC - it's still worth it to have objective criteria.I knew we were going to get ****ed over in favor of Bama. It was going to happen to some team. Incredible. Miami has 2 losses by a combined 9 points while Bama has 3 losses with two of them being to 6-6 teams. lol. Can’t make this garbage up.
Also in the same week, Miami drops 6 spots for losing on the road to an 8-3 team while OSU drops only 4 spots for losing at home to a 6-5 team. Would love for an explanation of that logic.
Miami needs to leave the ACC immediately. That conference needs to be disbanded. Just go join the SEC already.
CFP sucks. I said it last year as an FSU hater, that the way they got robbed was inexcusable. Teams are going to get robbed every year. CFP = SEC/Big Ten invitational. I will give the national champs ZERO props as I did last year.

College football had objective criteria under the BCS format where the computers were determining ranking and playoff participants.
Thing is, the BCS criteria and computers spit out the exact same 12 teams the committee has in there now. Just one or two are seeded differently.

Not likely, but I would love to see a Miami vs CU bowl game. You could have the two top qbs going head to head, if they both opt to play in the final game. Lot's of fireworks, might be more entertaining than the playoffs.

Cam Ward is the QB on the list and Restrepo is one of the wide receivers. What a waste.
The first order of business in the offseason for the Canes had better be to fire the defensive coordinator. He better not back next season.
