That says.. that Hyde like everyone else thinks it's the MOST PLAUSIBLE... Doesn't say anything more. THE FACT is... Martin had to show evidence to support his claim in order to BEGIN any proceedings... THAT IS THE FACT... He HAD TO. And that info could have been intercepted or 'leaked' in any number of different ways... By any number of different people... And just because it is not in the Dolphins or NFL's 'benefit' does not mean it isn't possible... And yet here we are arguing things like 'Martin's agenda' which is nothing but spin or opinion based on SPECULATION...

Amigo we can go round and round on this... You want to crucify Martin??? Go for it... And we can go 'opinion to opinion'... but if you are gonna ask for 'equal rights' than you have to do it for both parties... That's what it means. All I'm asking is you afford Martin EVERYTHING you ask on behalf of Incognito.

Honestly man... I'm not 'going off' on you for anything... Truly... I'm not in the least bit emotional and I HOPE I have been respectful in my arguments... If not then.. Apologies.

Honestly while I don't often agree with your point of view in this case... I do appreciate the fact that I have seen you provide well thought out and argued points... I also happen to think that you have a unique insight since you are a victim of this kind of abuse and are standing up for the 'accused'... I often look for your posts for that reason... So props.

I was merely trying to point out the contradiction that many on here are accusing people of 'railroading' Incognito... While doing exactly the same thing to MArtin sometimes in the same post... I simply chose your reply to respond to. Nothing personal...

I am so tired of the "locker room excuse". Locker room culture this and that. Give me a break.

This isn't prison. These aren't inmates locked up in the asylum. These are grown men with a high paying job and are expected to act a certain way on and off the field. The locker room culture excuse is just a bunch of trumped up BS that players created to give them a way out for their horrible behavior.

What Incognito said and did crossed that line, regardless of the environment (no matter how BS that excuse is).

I think it's safe to say that you don't know what you're talking about concerning what goes on inside a locker room. But hey, since you don't understand it, that must mean it's not worth considering.

Wait, are you seriously saying Martin's camp didn't leak the voice mail? It has already been established by the parties who broke the story that Martin first shared the voice mail with his family on Saturday, and that they then provided it to the NFL and the League on Sunday after the Dolphins stated there had been no formal complaint filed by Martin.

Are you serious with this stuff? Why on earth would Richie leak that voicemail?
