Scary he was allowed to coach in the NFL for so long.
This is probably the best answer yet, it's actually the only one that makes sense because I can't think of any other reason why he liked to use subpar QB's besides Wanny just being stupid.
Hey, didn't he kinda chase Marino into retirement? It's been a while but I do remember somekind of controversy between the two when he got hired as the Head Coach.
