Phins winning in September and this guy was nowhere to be seen on this board. He was here lurking, but not posting.

A few losses and he mysteriously shows up posting away. Go figure.

Now this happens and its like a wet dream for him. So many people bashing the phins organization he can barely get a word in. He loves it.

This guys agenda has been obvious for quite some time now. I dont know how he wasnt permabanned long ago. Kinda the way Jon Martin shouldve been permabanned from the Phins last year.

Lol I must admit thats the post of the day and thanks for setting me straight. Worst thing is I have a very bad sleep disorder so even during workweek I post a good amount but in the mud sorry I dont have my laptop as im ciimbing some really steep mountain.

Much of these issues hit close to home. I am a platoon sgt and I just spoke up for one of my soldiers that used the term porch and monkey in the same sentence.
He was fined and had to do extra duty. I spoke up to get him less days extra duty and no rank taken.
I feel it was a stupid thing to say but he is a stupid private in an infantry company that knows no better even though he should. Much of the complaint was malice based but still he should never have said those words.
I also was in a platoon that 35 out of 40 were under investigation for hazing, luckily it was my inprocessing week lol. I never engage in such shenanigans I find it immature and unnecessary. All leadership was replaced and many of the soldiers had to wait quite a while to get promoted.
I personally think military members of the board esp those of us in Infantry have a clearer understanding of locker room dynamics. Many of us do not agree on whether hazing is bad. I personally think the army is heading in the right direction and the NFL will soon be following suit.
Nothing similar at all in the jobs but all people on all jobs deserve respect. I have no clue if Martin was bullied or what but I really dont see this as some cash grab that makes the less sense of anything. Hell who knows maybe Martin and InCognito were gay lovers and this is the result of a fight.

Last I checked, my boss yelling at me is considered a hostile work enviroment. Yourself being in the service, will recruits now be able to take legal action against drill sgts for verbal abuse? We can say getting yelled at is part of the job....but to what extent?

I think making players do extra laps is one thing or even yelling . We can still do that in the army. But coaches are restricted already in what they can do. They cannot do demeaning stuff, they can not use racial comments.
Coaches are already subject to laws. The NFL is a workplace although a very unique one. Hell even porn stars have rules of conduct.
Every job will have some variances but restricting racial comments or banning stupid haircut day is not going to hinder the NFL

Looks like Mr. this stuff shouldnt go on in locker rooms or in the military just dropped a homophobic comment on me along with slinging other various insults at me.

While this stuff is certainly allowed in the locker room, it is most definitely a TOS violation here at FH.

If you were in my unit no I would not refer any of these comments to you but on a message board I feel quite confident I have broken no federal laws. You deserved every insult you got and then some. You insuted me over and over with your beyond silly claim that I have an agenda or am antiphin
