Day 2 Morning Tweets

Second comment is the dumbest thing I have heard in a while.. Congrats

If you had any idea how true my comment is especially in my profession you would cringe. Females get multiple chances to pass training events etc that males don't get.

The more I read about it, I think I'm swayed. That's inexcusable. What on earth made Miami go after this woman?

Honestly and this is just my .02 cents the league has changed and there are very few that remain with the my way or the highway mentality. The successful front offices just aren't built that way so if you have that mentality as a leader you attract this type of individual.

The funny thing in all of this is, if they cut him before his deal is up, the people who are trying to save money for the cap down the road, won't even be here.............It's like they don't even understand that.

Well to get technical, it's Stephen Ross's money and he will save a bit if they do indeed cut him before the contract is up. It's not really Ireland's call.

I could given you more than one field that women are given less opportunities than men. Is this because men have penis?

The only field I can honestly say females don't get a fair shake or even a slant is forward combat positions in the military.

Ryan probably got passed over for a promotion in favor of a woman. Or he's divorced.

Good to hear that Garrard's doing well. Sounds like he's really hit the ground running. Even better that our offense looks like it's got some of it's **** together. Good news.

Nope wrong on both accounts not married and in my profession upgrade is based on senority determined by date of higher and then your ability to pass the training.

I work with a lot of pilots, from commercial to military. Not many women in the commercial ranks.

I can tell you right now that in my field women certainly have a fair shake in most aspects but when it comes down to it, there are still a lot of good ol boys that want a man handling their case, and a cute secretary to look at.

So josh cribbs really proved her wrong, he is so good they drafted trent richardson to replace him!

Cribbs is a WR. Or atleast he is trying to be one. If anything Richardson was drafted to replace Hillis.

Man i was glad to see a 9 page thread about todays practice when I logged in. turns out there's about 6 posts in the whole thread about it. Go figure.

anyways, sounds like Garrard is the better looking QB in the early stages, good for him. Our offense seems to be gaining chunks of yards, I like it!

The number is growing and for a while there was pressure to grow that number, now officially that pressure is gone.

Cribbs initial extension came after his success as a kr/pr once the Browns saw his ability with the ball in his hands they expanded his role to wr too. His reason for wanting a raise was he was now the go to guy on offense and special teams he continued to out perform his contract while not even being paid close to the top 10 as a return specialist.
