Come on you know you and I butt heads on almost everything and neither of us budge! I really remember shocking you when we were chatting on VIP chat draft night after Tannehill was drafted. No I wasn't referring to when Ireland got control to my knowledge you haven't changed your stance from the beginning of last years off season.

I don't remember draft night. what did you shock me over? And if I haven't changed my stance one "something" it's because no one has produced any edvidence to change my mind. certainly no edvidence other than sources... speculate. two words that automatically make me toss aside whatever is written after those two words.

I was positive about Tannehill and presented a compelling case to start him. Haven't changed either I would still start him! He is the future lets roll with him! Teams are having success with rookies hell Atlanta was in shambles new coach quit mid year, franchise qb in the clink and they went with a rookie and win.

sure. honestly I'd prefer that he sit for a year, but at the same time, whatever year he starts it will still be a throwaway year. you could easily make an arguement to start him this year, and get the throwaway year out of the way and let next year be a "real" year. There is tons of edvidence to support either starting now, or riding the bench. Most of the edvidence to start now has been built in the last decade.

Yeah for the longest time Marino was one of the few instant success qb. Now it seems to be more common I am inclined to think this year is a throw away no matter what so let the kid play. Get the growing pains out while the team is still a few players away. I have never bought that it can ruin their confidence argument.
