DAY ONE CAMP REPORTS HERE!!!!

Beautiful here in Wisconsin for the 2nd day of camp and the first practice. 74 degrees, partly cloudy, and slight breeze.

40K milling around TitleTown District right now. On DreamDrive the kids have their bikes lined up for the players to ride over to practice on Ray Nitschke Field. Just one of the many great traditions that is exclusive to Green Bay Packers Training Camp.

Curly Lambeau started the training camp model that we see today around the NFL. In 1946 Lambeau had the first training camp of it's kind in the NFL.

Kind of a shame that I see hardly any Dolphin fans attending training camp. How many do they have open to the public? Are they charging a fee or something? Not have good facilities? What is the reason for the lack of interest in Dolphins camp?

I'll be heading into Ray Nitschke Field in about a bit for the 10:30 a.m. cst practice.

Wish the Phins luck this season, except on Christmas. Sorry, nothing personal, but the Pack is going to steamroll the Phins and ruin your Christmas Day.

Again, nothing personal, it's just business.

See…you had to go near-troll level...couldn’t just make a friendly post with good competition involved.

This isn’t a Packers hype thread…roll on.

FYI- the team limits the amount of practices open to the public. All of them have a ticket system (no charge) to attend. All of the practices open to the public are "sold out". They have a brand new state of the art practice facility that opened this year, right next to the stadium. Interest in camp (and the team) have not been this high in many years.
Hope that answers your questions...
I asked how many are open to the public? I understand that not all are. But the Packers normally have about 14 open and this year there are 12.

Perhaps you don't know the answer. That is ok. Ticket system, ok, odd, but ok. What is capacity for each practice? Since you claim they all are "sold out" one would think you know how many tickets were allocated for each practice?

You seem a little confused. Sorry, I will obtain the info elsewhere. From what I'm hearing from on the ground at Dolphins camp: Not many fans in and around the area of camp today.

Dude, Today's camp is closed to the public. That's why no fans.

You are not playing nicely in here. I answered your questions as they were asked. If you wanted more detailed information, you should have asked. I personally am not going to the practices, but from what I have been reading and seeing on TV, I answered your questions. I am not confused. Going forward, I will not be responding to any of your posts. And if they continue to be abrasive, I will just block them .I come here for information, not to be called "confused".

Don't waste your time on the troll Bob.

Did Tua show up first? After the mini camp debacle where he had the audacity to show up 2nd but hold the door for waddle making him third in the building showing awful leadership ability, I’m praying he’s stepped up. Need reports asap on this.

I heard he had to push back his tee time /s

We are not confused. Fans are not allowed at today's practice.

Every single fan ticket to Miami Dolphins TC is sold out.

Additionally, we already have a well-established Packers fan on this board: @GBpackers10. He is a well-meaning, kind, and excellent individual. Any issues you have with Dolphins fans should go through him. Your acceptance depends on it.
