See how this happens? There is NOTHING substantial out there to support this claim that Ross told the team NOT to spend money. Nothing...zero. The closest thing I can recall is that he did not want to pull the trigger on the Kyle Orton deal. And looking at what they wanted and how he has performed maybe it was the right thing. I think everyone is looking so hard for someone to blame they are pulling out anything they can. You want a theory? How is this for a theory....Maybe Ross has lost all confidence in Sparano and Ireland and doesn't want to approve money and contracts for these idiots that could strap their replacements next year.
