Wouldn't much of these things of started if not flat out happened in Tannehills rookie season? It's already known Tannehill was hazed by Cogs as well (took Tannehills credit card and purchased a jet ski with it). Your expecting to much from Tannehill.

There is a definite negative correlation between Tannehill bashing and IQ. I don't know if it's Tannehill bashing that lowers your IQ or if a lower IQ causes you to bash Tannehill.

Honestly at this point, I haven't really seen much of RT being a leader...
I think at one point early last year he tried to show it on the field and that was good. However, as the season went on I never saw it again and he just seemed to be another guy on the team.
I don't see him being a leader right now. Maybe that changes, but right now I don't see it.

As I said to a friend the other day, with the way the Ultra liberals in the sports media (i.e. a certain network in Bristol, CT) act about, Team nicknames, concussions, bully gate, yada yada yada you'd think they were trying to eliminate Football all together.

The findings put the leadership skills of every player and coach in the organization into question. I said months ago that there's a leadership void on this team and this report only confirms that.
Part of establishing the status of a leader is contributing to the team in a way that enables your teammates to view you as one of the driving forces in the team's success. Wilson has achieved that already, whereas Tannehill hasn't.
