Does anyone sense the fear

Kolbiss said:
From a Bills fan not here to talk smack, I agree with this post completely. not scared of 05 phins, but do rcognize the right steps beiong made. I also feel the same about the Bills sooo......we shall see.

By the way, is that a pic of John Offerdahl? (sorry about the spelling)

Yes, that is Offerdahl (your sp was correct)

I agree that the Bills have also taken some strong steps forward. Both teams have quite a bit vested in young guys. The great thing about young unproved players is the potential for success and potential for disaster. Gotta love the drama.

I have been seeing lots of AFC east guys jumping our site the last couple days to say how bad it will be that ricky is coming back to the phins, man i am think fear is starting to set in that these teams may have to defend two not one big, fast physical running backs. Can you hear the knees of the jets bills and pats fans starting to knock, knock knock :shakeno: :shakeno: :shakeno: :shakeno: :shakeno: :shakeno:

lets hope you're right. WE've been in mediocrity for such a long time, it's our turn now.

If memory serves me correctly that is another rookie named Randy Starks

MMmmm.....I sense great fear in the others....talk they will.....brag they will....fear leads to the dark side. Strong in the ways of the dark side they are....but fear...fear.....runs through them.

Worry you will not...young Padawan finfans.....for we are strong in the force. Perish under our feet the darkside will..and so will the others.

:saberfigh :saberfigh :yoda:

Yeah, you're right. It definitely was Randy Starks, I remember because it happened on Special Teams and Kevin Carter wouldn't be on Special Teams. After Winslow got decked, he got up and clapped his hands, give PROPS to Starks.

cus you really earned a MNF game right....
Are you by any chance even aware of the Monday Night game we had last year against the New England Patriots?

How many teams beat the New England Patriots WITH Corey Dillon last year? One. We did. The Monday Night game.

How many teams beat the New England Patriots WITH Deion Branch AND Corey Dillon last year? One. We did. The Monday Night game.

I find it amazing that it seems you feel we don't deserve any Monday or PrimeTime games for that matter...

Lets see what happened when you guys got a PrimeTime game last year...
Oh you did get ONE! You got to play the New England Patriots on PrimeTime too (Sunday Night on ESPN)! Lets see... Lets take a look:

Drew Bledsoe: 8/19, 76yds 0 TD's 3 INT's (Didn't get benched until the last 4 minutes of the game.) :shakeno:

J.P. "You're Savior" has arrived Losman: 1/2, 5 yds 1 INT (and 1 LOST FUMBLE) ALL in 3 passing plays...

Willis McGahee: 14 for 37 yards 0 TD's

Eric Moulds: 5 receptions, 46 yards 0 TD's

Lee Evans: 1 reception (can't even use plural form) and 15 yards 0 TD's

I don't even need to go on...

BUFFALO BILLS: 6
NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS: 29

What I find funny is that no matter what we do or sign, most of the other AFC East fans give us credit. This is what I always hear:

"Saban is just another Spurrier"

"Kevin Carter and Vonnie Holliday are washed up old players"

"You have the Worst QBs in the league"

"Ronnie Brown is bad because he didn't start"

"Saban is an idiot for drafting Roth when we already have Defensive Ends"

"Crowder is injury prone"

"David Boston has no talent"

We could sign Jesus himself and Bills(mostly), Jets and Patriot fans would find fault in it. Believe me, I know they are scared.

That point is true though, Its not just our rivals who are saying that, Some peole in the media have doubted our moves as well, hopefully we can shut them the **** up when we do good this year, and they won't be talking next year thats for damn sure.

It doesn't matter how good or which way the Bills head.....IF somehow they ever make it back to the Superbowl they will just LOSE again.

It is funny, especially when one of those Pats fans came on this site and said they were loaded after acquiring Chad Brown and David Terrell.

Please stop w/ the giddiness over the meaningless game for the Pats. It was completely meaningless for them and they fell asleep against a terrible team. That game means nothing and if you think you'll be good based on that game you are mistaken.

You were 4-12 last year and haven't been to the playoffs since 2001. Why exactly did you deserve a prime time game? You talk abo that NE game well what about the thrashing on Nat'l TV to the Jets? 4-12 teams don't deserve Nat'l TV games, it's that simple.
