So Cowherd or Coward says the Dolphins are a weak desperate organization and that's why they signed Incog , and the good teams like the Colts and Pats wouldn't draft this guy. Newsflash isn't one of the Patriots on trial for murder?

What decision has been made? The only decision that ha sbeen made is to suspend RI which is SOP for any U.S. organization being accused of creating a hostile working environment.

The facts that we DO HAVE are:

1)The VM's left on JM phone (works against RI's case)
2)The pictures of JM and RI together, being friendly (Works against JM case)
3)A video of RI having to be restrained in a bar by Pouncey (works against RI's case)

and martin held on to it for 7 months before using it to get richie in trouble and mat the fins look like trash, rather than dealing with it right then...i once again say that if you think that someone is legitimately threatening you and you family you call the police right then and there...

martin was not nor is he threatened by incognito, but he is now using this Voice mail as a weapon against the team who he feels hurt him by replacing him...IMO he felt he was gone as soon as they could replace him and he and mommy feel they can get more money out of a lawsuit than a contract in the NFL (he sucks lets face it)

Lots of delusion going on here. Look, for YEARS its been known that RI is a douche. Is it really that shocking and hard to believe that he harassed Martin? Every step of the way so far, a segment of people on here have blamed everyone besides RI. And every step of the way so far, they have been dead wrong. I think Martin is sitting somewhere in California ruing the day that he left the Dolphins. I can't believe he intended for any of this to happen. It's borderline cruel, especially when seeing the comments of support by Richie's teammates for Richie. I think Martin made a rash decision and is filled with regret, but now that's been made such a big deal, he sees his only option as forcing a trade or his release. Martin might've just killed Richie's career in the NFL. They must share some form of kinship if they were hanging out together.
