I see. Well if in the end this plays out and JM was infact a true victim (and the Dolphins knowingly did nothing), and plans on suing, the Dolphins should gladly pay the 8M because Martin could likely sue for alot more than that.

Not one **** is given about legal or not legal...I don't care..had nothing to do with my post.
Plus in this liberal,PC world we live in...In legal race matters,circumstances and context are usally thrown out the window to save money and not fight the good fight.
I just believe this is a premeditated agenda.I believe both are wrong,both need to go...
I just hate seeing the Dolphins grilled in the court of public opinion before ALL the facts are in.
I think Richie never thought in a million years this would be happening. Honestly if one of my friends wanted to be an A hole cry baby and showed his mom or an authority my text, I'm sure they would think I was guilty of harassment. Friends talk sh*t with one another!!! We don't mean everything we say!!! Friends joke and not ever conversation should be taken literal. In all honestly I think J Martin snitched on Incognito. Martin must have had a problem with Incognito that was beyond surface level. This whole situation is just very weird and unnecessary!

This situation is extremely weird and its hard to apply to any other previous situation as comparision. I feel strongly there is a ton of information missing that would tie in this whole situation.
Unfortunately, the NFL and all NFL franchises have federal laws they must follow. You may not give a ****, I can assure you with a 100% gaurantee that they do. Circumstances and context are thrown ot the window not because of money but because they are inconsequental. The only thing that matters in these situation is how the receiver intrprits the message. This is the essense of sexual harrassment and hostile work environment laws and is also tought in all communications classes across the country.
As you will notice from every one of my posts relating to this issue, I have tried not to express an opinion but have only posted the facts that constitutes a hostile work environment and sexual harrassment. Im trying to be as objective as possible here. I do not want to see the Dolphins in a court defending themselves but JM is protected under such laws right now.
It shows everyone's true character. Not many good people on this forum. Not many at all..

Sir..this is a stupid post...they are a lot of great people on this board...Just because some may have a different outlook or opinion than you doesn't make them
bad people.
I have to say, I'm beginning to agree with you, except that I expect we will beat Tampa.
But this is getting curiouser and curiouser...

I was listening to Warren Sapp last night on the NFL Network, and he was saying that rookie hazing should only go as far as carrying equipment and buying doughnuts/fried chicken/etc. for the veterans, bad haircuts, taping guys to the goalpost (which he said happened to him constantly) and should never cross the line concerning family, wife, kids and money. He also said that you shouldn't expect a 2nd round player to pay for the same things a 1st round player should pay for (dinner for all the guys at his position, etc.) He made a great deal of sense to me.
If Richie had no idea this would happen, I think Richie should rethink who his "friends" are and before he talks, be sure his "friends" are ok with him telling them that he will s*** in their mouth and slap their mom.
Not far fetched to think someone may be offended by that. Also, makes no difference if Richie thought it was all in good fun, or is he was laughing, thinking it was a joke.
Also, the buddy-buddy pic means nothing. It seems obvious Martin was trying to ignore all this in hopes it would go away, so he was trying to be "normal."
Otherwise, maybe Richie said, "smile in this pic, or I'll s*** in your mouth." Anything is possible at this point...
I hope a win in TB can move the team past all this, not that the announcers will talk about anything but this disaster...

YES!!! This is my whole view on the subject. Everyone has a right to their opinion. Everyone has a right to view this situation through their own rose colored glasses. Some will see this as Racism, some will not.
At this point...... No one here knows what really happened. No one here is really able to relate to this situation. How can people be so quick to hang the guy when all the facts arent out and the investigations has not been completed.
If what Richie is allegedaly accused of doing is true, then yes the guys deserves to be canned and never work in this business again. But there is so many facts still missing from the story and there are enough Teamates (Black and White) backing Incognito that I feel its fair to wait before judging.

I've seen this before. The negativity won't stop until Incog is cut. Then he's picked up by the Colts , Pats ..... Etc. Now he never was a bully and is not a racist. Miami Dolphins lose another Probowler.
