Does this look like Martin was threatened by Richie?

Just because a person is friendly with you doesn't mean you don't fear them....take spousal abuse, you would be amazed how often on spouse is terrified of the other but never leaves or asks for help and in most cases defends them......doesn't make it right...

Another person using the battered wife syndrome to make a point. Is Martin a battered bitch? Is Martin such a big *****, he needs the likes of you to make excuses for him? You people make him look worse with every passing minute.

You can argue your opinion but none of it matters. The basis of the laws illustrate that in any conversation there is a transmitter and a receiver. If the transmitter says something that offends the reciever, the transmitter is liable regardless of context or how much of a "*****" the receiver is. The ONLY things that matters is how the receiver interprets the message.

So now the law has been broken? And if my opinion doesn't matter, neither does anyone else's here.

So let's be honest here. This is nothing more than a political cause. Black man is a battered bitch, white man is the cause. Got it.

And this is one of the things wrong with our country. Was Richie a jerk? Yeah. Did he cross a line? Maybe. Hard to say without knowing exactly how tight they were. Who's to say that Richie doesn't have equally damning voice mails or texts from JM? You're assuming an awful lot based on information that's shaky at best, and in NO context whatsoever.
 
Why can't anyone in this country ever wait for all of the facts to make a decision?? This is COMPLETELY on the media and pushing their "story" at all costs. If it turns out that Richie crossed lines and was abusive, cut him, fine him, and move on. He'll be blackballed and never play again. But on the other hand why ruin the man's name and career until all the facts are in? Can't we just wait?
 
You know... There's not one positive thread on this board. So sad to see a Team with Great History to fall so far from grace.

Yes, actually it has. To what severity is what is being investigated. As it pertains to what I said, no, noones opinion matters. What I stated above is factual and is the essense of sexual harrassment. Not sure where youre going with the white black card as nowhere in any of my posts did I ever speak to race as an opinion. But I can see that you have an agenda as it relates to your opinions which only makes your opinions more meaningless.

Im not assuming anything. Im stating what the law states as it relates to the information we have all been given. I havent expressed one opinion whatsoever. And I already spoke to the term context which you can go back and take a look at if you like, otherwise it means nothing to me what you try "insinuate" I said because everyong on this board who have read my posts know Im being objective and have not placed blame on anyone as opine.

That's why the media exists in it's entirety. Stories, making money and getting viewers. It's up to the public to tune them out until all of the information is out.
 
So Cowherd or Coward says the Dolphins are a weak desperate organization and that's why they signed Incog , and the good teams like the Colts and Pats wouldn't draft this guy. Newsflash isn't one of the Patriots on trial for murder?

What decision has been made? The only decision that ha sbeen made is to suspend RI which is SOP for any U.S. organization being accused of creating a hostile working environment.

The facts that we DO HAVE are:

1)The VM's left on JM phone (works against RI's case)
2)The pictures of JM and RI together, being friendly (Works against JM case)
3)A video of RI having to be restrained in a bar by Pouncey (works against RI's case)
 
Anyone else find it odd this all came out right before the first of out back to back prime time games? Martin perhaps wanted this to blow up.
