I did a quick google search, and found some info. Do you have a good article or site on it? I'm assuming it will be sattelite related, possibly making broadband obsolete. Of course (from what I read) we the regular person will not get I2 itself, but more, some of the lessons from it that they can apply to "I1".

DVDs will be loaded in half an hour.Encoding will be a thing of the past I can tell my future grandchildren about.

Its not a satellite technology.What it does is maximizes Internets capabilities.

You know fun to watch those old games as you hear commentators say some things that really make you smile. Al Michaels and Boomer are talking about injuries that have occured early in the season and Michael said something like that: "You really feel for the Rams as they invested so much in Trent Green and now lost him for season. A kid named Kurt Warner came in and actually played quite well..." :)

If they only knew what was about to come from 'that kid'...

Besides jogging ones memory you also see rising stars before they they become famous and high profile players before they become flops.They are fascinating to watch .The next one will be the 73 Steelers game with the original MNF crew.Howard Cosell,Dandy Don Meridith,Frank Gifford and a special attendance by Jack Nickalaus in the booth.Most of the Steelers were relatively unknown at that time.Of course they molded into the dynasty and many became All Pros and are in the HOF now.
