It's on the front page of the site.

After the Browns game, I think we should find another site.

Good advice. We shall cease and desist from any further sharing on this tracker until these issues are resolved or until we have our own private tracker.Sorry guys.We will find another way to share our files.

2005-05-14 - Dave, Recieved a letter today from attorney's representing Paramount Pictures Corporation. They are preparing to subpoena us for your information so that they can file suit against you. Just wanted to give you a heads up. We won't disclose any information until compelled to do so, but you may want to get prepared for a bit of a fight. Let me know how you would like to proceed.

I think that is a note to Dave from his provider that Paramount is preparing to subpoena for Dave's information, not ours. They might get ours through Dave, of course. Ending the sharing is a sound idea.

Have any of you thought of using Usenet to share the files? I would say that is the last place that the MPAA / RIAA (et. al) would try to attack. Probably since no one really owns Usenet.

I'm gonna go ahead and delete my account on there.

Here's the letter they sent. It looks like they're most interested in the sharing of movies (for the time being).

(Edited to remove a link to the site. Visit the site if you're interested in the letter.)

With all that trouble coming to CDDVDHeaven, should we keep on seeding other games than Browns Playoff game?

Check the FAQ's on the left side. It will show you where to delete your account.

Pls Keep seeding the torrents until the torrents play out. There are a couple of our guys still loading. When I see that there are no more leechers or if there are leechers I dont recognize I will delete the torrents. We dont leave members behind. No need to panic.

98 Broncos
86 Browns
73 Steelers
Marino's first win

All of the above torrents have some of our members loading. The rest have been deleted.

There has been some talk about that and newsgroups too.Personally I think a private tracker is the way to go.
