How many Bama players went in the 1st round in 2020? How many in 2021? Tua was surrounded by the best talent in college. Did Herbert have that same talent in college?

Last week "every" analyst was high on the hog for Tua. I guess since a week has passed they must be like a lot of posters here and change their minds week to week.
Talent around him is meaningless in college. Tua was accurate as they come. Go watch the film
Watch the film and make your own opinion. Also realize that Tua has nobody but Parker worth a damn while Herbert has 2 all pro WRs. Tua is still a better QB

I agree but calling Mike Williams an all pro WR is a stretch. He hasn’t been as far as I know.

Top 10 draft pick and I see him producing. Miami has an undrafted WR unit behind Parker it’s laughable

Ok I agree he’s better than what we have but he’s never had more than 50 catches in a year. No doubt he could be a future all pro and your overall point is still right.
I think we need to get Callaway going. Let’s face it Grant is too small, and his catch radius sucks, Perry looks ok but he’s a 7th round rookie, Bowden can’t see the field in this group (not good) and Hollins looks clueless. I think Callaway is the only other viable NFL WR on the roster and he’s one puff from a vacation. Risky business but it’s all we got.
I don't know how many, or who you watch, but that is not true.
I watch a lot of analysis, and even the ones high on TT admitted, grudgingly, that Herbert has looked better at this point.
Not judging the accuracy of the statements, only telling you what the concensus was.

It’s funny watching all the one who think stats is king. **** I’m sure if Tua was forced to throw the ball 30-40+ times a game he’d be all world as well. Tua’s played half the games the other rookie QBs have played it’s not even fair to compare them right now.
