Barkley needs to get out of Philadelphia. Not a good fit for him. IMO, he's one of the few guys not helped by that offense. Put him in a more standard attack and I think he could be a serviceable backup for a long time.
Freeman is such a spacy wing and a prayer type that you never know what you'll get from him. Barkley certainly seems like more of an asset in the film room and on the sideline during game day.
Granted, it looks like the Eagles are still trying to get something for Barkley and we weren't going to cooperate. In that light I understand the decision.
