Keep readin more from Ken lavicka

finally some insight i could see him being on the practice squad and being faster next year tho when he's fully recovered from his acl.

For those wondering about the TE situation, to me it's pretty much crystal clear. Mastrud knows the system and will backup Fasano for now until Yeatman and especially Rosario pick up the playbook and be comfortable. Then they'll release Mastrud and probably sign another player in an area of need. Rosario and Yeatman are 2 very good additions IMO and I expect Rosario to be used a lot like Evan Moore as the 2nd TE in the Daboll offense.

I was angry at first for Edds but since I'm convinced he wouldn't even dress on game day, I can understand. Like some poster said, people (including me) lamented for 2 years because of crappy ST play, now the FO signed and kept very good STers like Trusnik, IAF, Spitler, Wallace and Culver. At least we have to wait and see if STs are improved before we all whine again

Spitler over Edds? Really? Can't wait until next offseason when these bums are gone.

All this for a reserve middle linebacker. Boy this place would have exploded if Miami released a 27 year old safety that just made consecutive pro bowls.

Please, Merriweather sucks. Not even the Pats fans understand how he made the pro bowl. They were always like "wtf?" when he got voted in. It's like putting Gibril Wilson to the Pro Bowl.

I'll tell you what needs to stop, it's this group of people who go around telling people who don't like moves to stop whining.

First of all, I'll say anything I like about my team anywhere I goddamn please.

Second of all, this team hasn't gotten to be the mediocrity it is by chance. They've made mistakes. Lots of 'em. Pointing out these mistakes as they happen rather than having to wait for it to be "common knowledge" isn't whining, it's knowing what you're talking about.

All these snarky comments about "armchair GMs" is nothing more than a complete projection by the posters who say such things of their own ignorance of the issues at hand. What they need to realize is is that if one puts in the time and does the research to be educated about a complex topic, then that person deserves to speak about that complex topic with confidence and forcefulness. That doesn't make them right all of the time, and God knows every poster in here is wrong about things plenty, myself included. But that's no reason for certain people to go taking potshots at people because they know the game of football and have the temerity to say so.

I'm not singling out any particular posters here, and I don't have to. Presumably you know who you are. So stop it.

sad to see edds get cut, after he came back from that injury, which is not easy to do, he played his butt off

It'd be nice if people stopped pretending they understand the game better than NFL coaches do too.

Just because you have Sunday-Ticket doesn't make you qualified to run a franchise.

So I think it's good that there's a Ying to your Yang.
