Dolphins Interested in Veteran QB Matt Hasselbeck

How is Hasselbeck not a better option than Henne? He won a playoff game last year while Henne couldn't beat Buffalo, Detroit or Cleveland to keep us in the hunt.

he's a better option on paper...but if he's hurt which hasselback always is now a days it does us no good...hasselbeck almost couldn't play in the postseason opener this last year due to injury and he's become injury prone at this stage

in a lot of ways its like another penny being brought in...veteran qb on the end of his rope

Apperantly cause he's a "long in the tooth injury prone signal caller". At least, that's what I've been told from lesser beings than CK.

i'm not dodging **** you clown...i meant and you took it out of context exactly what i said...i read the ops thread title about miami showing interest in hasselbeck...earlier i had read on here miami was interested in marc bulger also...assuming that is true and the fact that these guys kept pennys corpse around here after 2009 when his arm fell off and they still brought him back than yes...imo these guys love going after long in the tooth injury prone signal callers...cause that's EXACTLY what bulger and hasselbeck are at this stage and what penny was after 09

could i have worded it better??? probably...could you have asked what i meant instead of trying to be an internet bad *** calling me son like i'm some juvenile??? sure...but i know how you roll...

i'm not impressed...

let me go ahead and tell you and everyone else on this site another thing...there's not 5 people here who know this game the way i do...you don't like it you think its arrogant you and all these other lost cats on this site...

i don't give a ****...there you go locke...i put it out there for ya now

Upon reading this post, I've determined that you should probably start referring to yourself in the third person.

You know, something like, "Hooshoops knows football better than about five of you lost cats. You think that's arrogant? Hooshoopps don't care. That's how Hooshoops rolls."

If you're going to play the heel, you need to WORK it.

hooshoops says word...

I just want to say I don't particularly like being dragged into the middle of one of these kinds of arguments. While I am arrogant enough to demand that my opinions be respected rather than dismissed out of hand with barely a thought, I do also afford that respect to a lot of other people here...and I think most other people are that way including people in this thread involved in this argument, so I don't see the point in letting tempers flare up.

so you talk about how much you hate arrogance and than you have your ugly mug plastered all over your sig and avatar...

hypocrite

the difference is i don't claim to be better then anyone, if i did think that, i would certainly keep it to myself. And i thank Vaark for the signature he made in his spare time. Sorry you're forced to look at my ugly mug, i hope you can fight the upchuck.. we can't all be as blessed as you hoops to have looks and brains

–noun, plural -nies. 1. the use of words to convey a meaning that is the opposite of its literal meaning: the irony of her reply, “How nice!” when I said I had to work all weekend.

2. Literature . a. a technique of indicating, as through character or plot development, an intention or attitude opposite to that which is actually or ostensibly stated.

b. (especially in contemporary writing) a manner of organizing a work so as to give full expression to contradictory or complementary impulses, attitudes, etc., especially as a means of indicating detachment from a subject, theme, or emotion.

I don't see how this situation fits the definition but then, you know more than most.
