Yeah, the odds are Wilson won’t be any good. However, stranger things have happened to other QB’s that have left the Yets. His talent isn’t in question… it’s his mindset. Hopefully he’s grown up some.

You're looking way too far into it @Bridgeburner , I'm well aware of Wilson's trajectory with other teams thus far. I was pointing out that as of June 4th the OTA's were all we've got going on, so why the hell is there a need to post some tired-ass Allen Iverson meme from 23 years ago in response to a report from a practice in a 53 page long thread about practice ? Again, I never once anointed Wilson for anything, just merely pointed out that his progression from last week was "early but encouraging". If that's too positive for some folks then so be it.

Not sure if the networks think the Dolphins will be good or just entertaining, but there will be a large amount exposure this year

If we can get corner figured out, I can actually get optimistic and think that the negativity is way overblown.

We've got literally people like Pete Prisco saying that NE has zoomed past Miami. Really? That seems like an insane take.
They have a very mechanical quarterback that their local media is hyping. They did the same thing with Tua's backup from Bama who bombed out. It's the boy who cried wolf. They also way overpaid for mediocre additions.
The Jets are looking at Justin Fields at quarterback. He's scary rushing off the edge but if you contain him and put a spy on him, he's a disaster as a passer. He can't anticipate or read complex coverages to save his life. The guy literally has to see a guy open before he throws. He's had that problem since Ohio State. There's clips of him on youtube not even seeing blatantly open receivers on a regular basis.
The Dolphins have a few weeks to figure out corner. If they do it, they should be decidedly in playoff contention.

It is an insane take … but the media is built on narratives and right now the Patriots are seen as on the up while the Dolphins aren’t.

I've been listening to a little NE radio, they don't seem so certain on how far the Pats may have come. They've hinted at some tension between Vrabel and the GM, o-line seems less than stellar, bitching to the high heavens about no weapons for Drake Maye beyond Diggs (who they seem to think will get the boot), and Maye developing a new hitch in his delivery and having troubles with the McDaniels system. We shall see. As far as Prisco, he's been crapping on the Phins for decades.

They’ve already said diggs isn’t going anywhere at this point.
I have heard about the hitch in the delivery but that’s probably cause he’s learning a new offense and it’s early still.
Pats schedule is cake on paper but so is ours so…
Ain’t no one catching the bills anyways if Allen stays healthy think I saw sometbing where they have the easiest schedule. Not that it matters
