Absolutely.. A huge part of free agency, is KEEPING your free agents, as well as signing others.. Starks and Grimes.. Love it!

Now if we do resign him I wonder what contract he will get. I loved big Paul but I did not love the contract he got. That was more than I thought he would get. But I agree it's always good to retain your solid players and this is proof.

Any chance we run a 3-4 this year or has the coaching staff clearly indicated we will be running a 4-3? I can see:

DE: Odrick
NT: Mitchell
DE: Starks

It's good to have a 3-man rotation a DT, but I remember part of the problem last year at the beginning of the season was Starks did not want to be Odrick's back-up. Are we really going to try doing that again? Or will we start Starks/Odrick and have Mitchell rotate in?

I doubt it, but wouldn't be shocked to see Odrick line up as a DE again in running situations.

If it's (Starks Signing) official where are the stories about it on all of the phins sites? Not a peep just Albert and Mitchell press conferences. Beat reporters are usually on top of this.

I have seen plenty of sites say there is an agreement.

Yes. He was asked to restructure his contract and he declined. We had interest just not at the number he was on the books for. This was mentioned in Sports Buzz I believe.
