Thats the part that sucks about being fans...all the info we dont have. I said to myself already, wait until you hear more details about why this happened and see what the plan is to replace him. On the surface, yea I just dont like it because I think other paths make more sense, but Im willing to wait and get the whole picture and adjust my feelings

The players Grier has selected or traded for that cost multiple draft picks & a few other wasted picks... a tale of the Dolphins demise.Yeah, it's not great. It tends to happen when you don't hit on draft picks and retain them. Also happens when you massively overpay players who don't pan out. We are currently 8th in dead cap. Grier can suck eggs.
