Driscoll is a good get for Miami. Versatile and good enough to be the 6th man on a team with a top 5 offensive line unit.

Also not a real extensive injury history, nothing catastrophic, this is a really solid Tier 2 FA signing. Good job by Grier and Co..

I think it more likely means the end of Lester Cotton.

As I see it, our starting OL is Armstead-Wynn-Brewer-BLANK-Jackson.

The BLANK is a RG competition between Eichenberg, Rob Jones, Driscoll, and Ryan Hayes. No matter who wins, one or both of Eichenberg and Driscoll will be versatile, break-in-case-of-emergency backup vets who can play any position on the line.

I think Jones still sticks as a guard-only option, and Kion Smith still sticks as the developmental ninth man (unless Hayes wins a job). We still have a need for a swing tackle.
