Sucked last two years but his first 3 were excellent

I don't know about that. The last three years his coverage yards per target have been decent. That is the main coverage metric I look at. His run defense grades were fine in 2023. It's been sort of a mixed bag and that is why he was available cheap and after the first UFA wave.

I don't see that at all. Britt is a clone of Elandon Roberts. Gay is more similar to Dodson. His strengths are speed and athleticism. They could both make the team as replacements for Walker and Riley. I think we often carried 5 with poor ole Tindall being the 5th.

Gay has been pretty poor in coverage. Do you think he's better than what he's shown lately?
