Britt and Gay are pretty similar... early run-down players. Wouldn't be surprised if one made the team and the other didn't.

Britt and gay are actually not similar in play style. Brit is a thumper like Robert’s and gay is more speed if he has it still.

I don't know about that. The last three years his coverage yards per target have been decent. That is the main coverage metric I look at. His run defense grades were fine in 2023. It's been sort of a mixed bag and that is why he was available cheap and after the first UFA wave.

This is who I wanted to sign when we signed KJ Britt. Now the LB position should be set with Brooks, Dodson, Gay, and Britt. Tindall can be purged off the roster!
