In 2012, Ford (6-foot-3, 223 pounds, 4.52 40) was named the Gulf South Conference Offensive Player of the Year and helped lead Valdosta State to the Division II national championship. He had 52 catches for 836 yards and 12 touchdowns that season.

He was also the conference’s Freshman of the Year in 2010.

But he was academically ineligible in both the 2011 and 2013 seasons, so he hasn’t played a snap since the 2012 title game.

Ford could be an intriguing player for a spot on the practice squad but he’ll have to show that he has both the football ability and maturity to play in the NFL.

He was pretty good at Michigan and has an impressive 40 time for his age.
Rumors of his death were greatly exaggerated. I think his health may be a concern.

They do have a good sense of humor. I love the main article that started this that said he impressed NFL scouts, they were so impressed with his college career they waited 2 months after the draft to sign him lol
