10 sacks, and 20 TFL in 3 seasons. Pretty go numbers for a LB. At this point in the draft they go with the highest graded player regardless of position. We need a WR, but we did take some weapons on O.

If we were going to pick a LB to replace inside and back up Dansby, we shouldn't have traded down and just picked Tank Carder.

I just don't know what Kaddu brings to this team that is better than others still on the board (Jones, Criner, Iloka, James Brown, etc).

I actually see the opposite view as you in regard to his play. I think he's clearly better against the run than the pass at this stage of his career.

Good post. Fits a Jeff Ireland late round pick to a T. He prefers to take developmental players late, and hope he hits on them. Int he past JI has been much better with his late picks than his mid-rounders.

His problem is reaction...he fully relies on catch up speed and athleticism to make up for his mistakes on the field. The key for the Dolphins will be if they can coach it out, I like the ability to cover TE's which we greatly need in today's NFL. Will he ever get to the point of helping us in that department?! Who knows, thats why we draft. 6-3 239lbs Wish him some luck, TALENT yes...NFL READY most definitely not. Give him an off season with Miami

In general Kaddu is a pretty good sleeper pick at 5. He was projected in the 3-4 range but was injuried and really did'nt finish his proday work outs. Bottomline he'll make the team.....he can play period, I like the pick but we need to get a WR if there are any left that are worth a crap :-)

Pro Football Weekly projects him as a "WILL" LB in a 4-3 front. they like his rush ability, but may need to add weight.

I just don't see the sense in trading down 10 spots for some sh*tty 7th rounder from Tennessee. BPA at 145 in the 5th and an UDFA would do us just as well IMO.
