Switching schemes ruined his career here. He was a great pick up under Flores but he can't play standing up.

Ogbah was a great pickup in 2020. But the extension wasn’t well thought out. We ended up paying for past production. Toughest part of a GMs job is knowing when to letter a player walk.

so we're 38.5mill over the cap with the increase and Ogbah clears 13.7 so that gets us to about 24.8mill over the cap.....more moves to come

I know there is al ot of talk about dumping Howard but the team saves nothing by cutting him this off season. 2.8 million in savings and 23 million in dead cap.

Maybe they can move some of his money around to create cap space but they are not cutting him.

We will be ok defensively without X and Ogbah because our new DC promised us he will use our best corner to actually cover in our new scheme! Who knew?
