My inclination is to give the grade at a borderline B+.
I am not sold at all on Brown being a stud tailback, I was hoping for a trade-down at #2 to get more picks, and would have preferred Mike Williams(since I consider our wideout core with 1 starter-type in Chambers and a 3rd-down type in Booker and nobody else worth being on an NFL roster).
Roth looks like a very good pick(especially if the buzz is correct that he is mean), and since we don't have a physical linebacker at all, Crowder is a very good choice(even with his father's disaterous time with us 30 years ago).
I would have liked to see offensive line and defensive tackle addressed earlier, and I would have liked a safety also.
