Eight Types of Miami Dolphins Fans

I'm pretty much an 8 with some alcohol induced 6 tendencies, however since Ross did can Ireland the pillow case full of soap would probably be downgraded to a sock full of potato salad for now.

Funny stuff

For me: #8 as it is also a reflection of how I live my life and #1 being a fan from the late 70's.

Got to be 3 the out of town fan for me. Growing up at a time when Tenn had no NFL team I found myself watching Marino and the Dolphins. And I stayed with them even when other people drop the teams they where following and jump on the Titans bandwagon when the came here.

Used to get the Dolphin pajamas and bathrobe from the Sears Christmas catalog, haha. Yeah, I'm old!

LOL  I used to love getting the Sear's catalog and picking out birthday and Christmas gifts.

I'm a Tannehill Era fan... Danny Boy has faded away, but our present and future is bright with Tanny!

I'm more 6 than anything.....But even that's not really accurate.

I don't think he thought out this article very well.

I agree I want to take out the soap and put in a shot put!

Most of what Ross has done has been outside the game trying to think outside the conventional, and
I never have a problem with that. Some of it's been dumb, I agree, but he's trying, and trying actively.

I don't see how that's bad.

Amd it's all Marino driven.

Not that it's bad, but there doesn't seem to be any depth given
to why over 40 (signifigantly) out of town fans would like the
Heat and the Dolphins.

Jaded for sure. But yet I try to be the optimist so I don't know. Then Daniel Thomas gets the ball.

According to this I'm a definite No. 2 type fan "Over Analyze Everything" or OAE fan. But I have a little 1 "Dan Marino Era" in me too.

Actually, I didn't find the article interesting, but was surprised to see them use the F word ... just before the multi-arm beer bong picture ... but I guess that was what the writer was going for.

How come all our best Dolphins reporters leave town?
