Gonna disagree on the draft. Yes, these players did not contribute THIS year but anyone who knows anything about the NFL knows you grade a draft three years after the fact. It's just the way it is.

Funny story from that mess. I was staying in Alpharetta, GA (suburb of Atlanta) and there was Merril Hodge at my hotel, I could tell he was in a hurry eating breakfast and talking on the phone etc. Either way I decided to go bug him and he was very nice, he swore he had 100% guaranteed source that Jeff Fisher had pretty much inked a deal to be the coach of Miami. Later that day he signs with the Rams lol. Pretty much learned that these guys 90% of the time have no clue just like you and me as to where a coach will land.
 
I am beginning to hate this team. I was mad but it has literally turned to complete disgust and sadness. I really am starting to hate Ross . I feel like this guy is Miami's anticrist . he is destroying the team until there is nothing left and no fans at all. I have never felt this way , even in all the loosing years the 1-15 season never. This has to be the worst coaching staff and front office in the history of the team.
 
This is what happens when you miss on quarterback. Ireland's done it 3 times already.

Ireland is fine, Coyle it could go either way I wouldn't be upset if he was fired nor would I care if he stayed. Yeah, I'd add Taylor to my list, forgot him. He isn't that good of a coach.

How do you know that Zac Taylor isn't good? Apparently he aspires to be a Head Coach (just like we heard the rumors of Jason Garrett when he was the Dolphin QB Coach). Zac Taylor's key job is to develop Ryan Tannehill and up until the last 2 games I would have said that Tannehill's development has been excellent. While I don't like some of the Sherman playcalling, I have seen nothing to suggest that Taylor isn't doing well. He is perceived by some as being bad because he is Sherman's son in law. Therefore he must be hopeless... Even if he does a good job there is the perception of nepotism. I also doubt that Philbin and Sherman would accommodate poor coaching performance. Can you remember Sherman's grilling that Egnew got on Hard Knocks.
Anyway for what it's worth, the 3 Dolphin coaches with good raps are Rizzi (Special Teams), Campbell (TE's) and Taylor.
 
Schefter will claim to have read the transcript of a voicemail from Ross telling Ireland is fired. However, we will find out later, that Ross laughs and tells Jeff to "call him back".
