Espn's Walker, 5 FA's the Dolphins should explore

I would be very interested in Albert, even if we draft a lineman high.

Daniel Thomas has to go IMO. Miller has shown explosive moments, but he needs a SOLID RB to carry the load. Whether that is Tate, MJD, or someone from the draft, the current 1-2 punch of Thomas and Miller is not good enough.

Byrd would be fantastic, but unfortunately, it would cost a fortune to secure his services. I'm not a big fan of throwing that much money at a safety.

I don't understand why anyone would pay big money to Ben Tate. The guy hasn't stayed healthy an entire season ever.

I would love to see B Albert and I think Byrd is a stud but not for the money he'd require. I'd like to replace Daniel Thomas with MJD for a year or two and draft a late round RB. If you don't expect the world out of MJD I think he could still have quite a bit of short yardage value.

According to Pro Football Focus Oher had a -12.6 grade last year, which makes the -6.9 by Martin and the 0.8 by Clabo look fantastic by comparison. Even McKinnie was better -8.9

If we brought in Byrd that would be awesome. Big problem though is he wants number one safety money and refuses to go lower. Buffalo was offering him number 4 safety money and he keeps saying no.

Don't care what PFF says in their grades, just watch some Ravens games on NFL Rewind or whatever. Oher was not good. In fact, he blew.

I'd rather try to bring back Tyson Clabo on a one year deal as cheap as we can swing it, and I think we'd be nuts to bring back Tyson Clabo.

As for Byrd, Chris Clemons has played pretty well. He won't command nearly the kind of money Byrd wants. Why not resign Clemons to a reasonable contract and do right by one of our own guys, instead of shelling out a boatload of cash for somebody else's player who might not even be a good fit for our system?

If we kept Long and Bush, we'd have made the playoffs.

Moving forward, replace Miller, and bring in Albert. The rest I'm not that in to. But we need an LT BAD!

I'd be happy with Albert and Byrd, puke on the rest of them. WTH would you want to pay big money to RB FA's and a RT who isn't that good. Get those in the draft.

I agree. Albert and Byrd would be good pickups. Tate has never done anything, would be an upgrade over Thomas but not what we need. I don't want MJD and his big mouth. He's in big time decline.

We need to sign Toby Gerhart for Minny. Tate is to injury prone and Gerhart just turned 26.He's a beast!!!

Toby and Lamar would complement each other well. His pad level is a bit high when he rushes, but he's better at shedding tackles than anyone we have on the roster. Remember when Lousaka Polite was automatic on 3rd and short? This team has no short-push running game.

I don't think Lamar Miller needs to go. Everyone that's saying replace him: what are you watching? When our o-line doesn't get destroyed and he can get to the 2nd level, the guy is money for 20+ yards. If you put Lamar Miller on the Patriots, he'd have had like a dozen touchdowns against Indy.

Fix oline via FA and go after your RB and some additional Oline help in the draft

Clemons, like he did in Clemson, can easily be put at SS. Byrd is a playmaker we've lacked back there since Brock Marion.

Jones can't cover worth a damn, that's been proven. I'd try like hell to get out of that deal ASAP.

We are stuck with Reshad Jones for one more year. Drafting a safety is an option right now. Signing a safety to a big money contract is not.
