Imagine what sort of hissy fit you would have thrown if I had answered for you by putting Boston in everywhere.

What the he!! are you smoling hombre? I'll take two! Michael Vick is bar far the most gifted athelete I have EVER seen. The only one that could even be considered in the same sentence would be Bo Jackson. I still remember the first time I saw him play. It was the 2000 (maybe 1999) NCAA championship game between Vick's Hokies and my Noles. The Noles won that game, but I will never forget what I saw that night. That Noles defense was chock full of speedy top shelf athletes, from the DBs to the DL...they all had NFL level speed. All year long they just smothered opposing players. Yet that night, if you had no previous knowledge, you would have thought Vick was running past JFL players. He just flat out made them look stupid. He put on a dazzling display of quickness, vision, speed, strength, explosiveness and spin moves like I had not seen before or since.
Now I'll grant you, he may not be the most well polished QB, but in terms of being an athlete, he is the definition of "freak". I challenge you to show me even one player in the NFL who could play "tag" with Vick. He's just in a different league altogether my friend.

I'll second that, one of the most amazing gifted players I've seen is Barry Sanders, of course someone is gonna say something about strength, Barry Sanders is much stronger than people think. He was a small man, and running over players was not his style obvioously he had his own, but I've seen him drag plenty of DBs into the endzone when ever they tried brining him down. Barry was so hard to tackle, because not only his agility, etc, but his incredible balance and leg strength, he would be thrown, or spun around and somehow he'd still be up because of his leg power. Pound for pound Barry was pretty darn strong, I remeber hearing on a video that Barry benched 225lbs 23 times, not bad for a guy that's 5'8'' 205 or whatever. As far as quickness, vision, speed, explosiveness, and spin moves go, Barry is tops. The guy was Houdini on the field, Michael has amazing runs and might be the next best thing, but it will be awhile before, or if there's another player like Barry. But Michael is among the top in amazing runs, or ability in that catergory. It would be like this, 1. Barry 2. Gale Sayers( he was the pioneer of the spectacular long runs) 3. Michael Vick.

read my above post. a 5'8" 205lbs player can't be considered a physical freak, the type of guys that should be considered are `players like Matt Jones, Culpepper, Kearse, Peppers, Freeney, etc.
saves said:Actually our fastest guy is Gilmore, im pretty sure lsat years camp roster had him as it and we didn't bring any burners in. Chester is def our strongest.
I think fastest in the NFL is Michael Bennett, the guy was a beast in track in college, he has olympic speed. Maybe Deangelo Williams or someone is close to. I'm just thinking track speed though.
