Feeley Should Start

Then WTF, are you trying to say here? G-D man, you're just wasting everyone's time....

Try re-reading my posts... I never said that I supported one over the other. My point is that they both suck. As far as wasting everyones time, who's twisting your arm?

Great point. You're really contributing a lot to this thread. Your insight is much appreciated.

Just because I didn't blindly agree with you, and have a different opinion than what you were representing, that doesn't mean that there was no contribution made.

Your opinion has nothing to do with the point of this thread. You have contributed nothing.

So now you get to pick and choose who you feel should respond to your posts? This is your opinion that I do not share.

Sure did light your fire tho, didn't it?

you know, you sure did, I always had more respect for you and your opinion but, you've proven to me that I was mistaken for that. Not because you disagree with me but, because you can't even wrap your mind around the concept that just saying they both "suck" has nothing to do with the point of this thread.

unless you twist it around to say he meant sage or brock should start, which i can agree with...

I'm humbled.... Here's hoping that Feeley poves me wrong and makes you proud!

:drinkers:

ok i understand that you think that brock or sage should start but we know that there is no way in hell that that is going to happen so why are we evening dicussing it. if we can say anything hjow about we have dan marino come back 10- 15 years younger and play on this team.

Huh?

exactly why would we talk about berlin and sage.

Why not? If nobody wants to step up to the proverbial plate....then throw someone else in there to see what they got. Someone has got to be able to prove something here.

on the contrary saying brock or sage should start makes a heck of a lot more sense than bringing marino back, or even having gus or AJ start for that matter.

Sage - has only been given one start in recent memory - the baltimore game last year. and while he didn't blow them away, he performed better than AJ did in his first game with us. In fact Sage performed well. So it can't hurt to give him a shot. the preseason is the time to do it guys, not regular season to experiment here.

Brock - he's a complete rookie, new at this game just as Orton, Smith, Frye, or Orlovsky. He's not a star QB obviously, but he hasn't shown anything this preseason to prove he's NOT worth taking a shot at. If he came out and played like absolute dogcrap like Rodgers or Smith has, then i could see. but Berlin has played admirably enough to warrant trying him out. who knows? worst case scenario things stay as they are now. Best case scenario, Brock proves to be our QB of the future, and we can just take this season that apparently lacks promise anyway and get ahead of the game in the grooming department by having Berlin start for us.

Either way thats better than wasting another year going nowhere and waiting until NEXT year to draft a rookie QB just to have another garbage year of growth next year too.
