watch this play. i think it's mccain in the slot and right before the snap he bails to show a 2 deep look. the slot wr runs a curl and is WIDE OPEN for easy pitch and catch. lucky for us kessler doesn't see it.

Thank you! I've been waiting patiently for this.

Thanks dnepsins. :brewskis:

I finally saw the All22 pop up tonight and have had the "honor" of watching crap like this:

Straight up embarrassing. The TE and WR are so wide open they ordered lunch from the concessions while they waited for the ball.

Goes to show you how "undisciplined our team and ESPECIALLY those DE's are. I couldn't believe how many times the DE fell for inside hand off's while Pryor kept it.

Linebacker play is putrid...just horrible football fundamentals of filling gaps, shedding blocks, coverage, tackling...

Dbs are better but bad. We need a D heavy draft and we need to hit on 2-3 players

Thanks for posting OP. Really enjoyed these threads the last three weeks

2-10-CLE 6 (6:12) 34-I.Crowell up the middle to CLE 31 for 25 yards (20-R.Jones).

Game is saved on that play by Reshad Jones. I wouldn't trust any other player in the back 7 to make that play.

I had a panic attack watching the coaches' film view of it.

Finally came across the best defensive play of the day. If there was a vote it would be unanimous. Care to guess?

I watched the D 47 was out of position and brushed out easily on too many plays. We really need a fast instinctive linebacker that will stay in their lane and explode through it. Kiko may be 'good' but when all of the linebackers including him bite in one direction the RB just cuts back through the space they left open. In addition to that when someone did get out to block him that was it. No attempt to shed it or even push the blocker into the runner.
We've got to put a priority on high motor sideline to sideline LBs and another blue chip CB. I'd start Hewitt over Jenkins to start with he sniffed out a sweep and killed it Jenkins is a half step/second behind. I'd also like to see more of Hull in the game if we're going to be bad let's get some young players out there we have a chance to develop more. Jones should not be the top tackler on the team that shows a serious proplem with the LB core. With guys like Suh clogging thing up they should be doing A LOT better than they are.

Seen a decent amount of DE/DT stunts & loops that open the edges with no LB to scrap down and fill. Alonso fails to read the backside guard pull but makes the tackle downfield. The tackle looks good on the stat sheet but is completely irrelevant when he fails to diagnose the run properly and allows a 17 yard gain.

Very next play (after a timeout) Browns run the exact same play and this time Alonso diagnoses it and makes the play for a minimal 3 yard gain.

Same PA play flipped and the LBs are once again fooled by the misdirection.

Is is what getting gashed in the running games get you. Lbs that try and over pursue.
Also why we dont get many wide open wrs it is a lot harder for us to bait teams

LBs have a responsibility to see how the TEs are coming off the line. I can't seem to understand how LBs on this level just let the TEs release off the line and run right past them. If a TE is blocking on the line and then releases down the field, that has to be the LBs responsibility.
