27-13 Pats.

It's week 1 with a new offense, completely new o-line, and a few starters out; going up against a Pats team that went to the AFC championship game w/o most of their best players.

I think the only shot the Dolphins have is that since we have a new scheme and new players, Belichick may not be able to prepare as well as he normally does. However, I think all he will have to do to beat us is send a lot of pressure at James & the guards on defense while throwing at the safeties and running at Wheeler on offense.

I hope to be surprised though. A week 1 win against the Pats would be pretty sweet.

Pats will score between 31 and 38... question is can we keep up? Probably not. So...Pats 38 - 17 Dolphins.

Only 'X' factor here is the heat and can it make the Pats players welt. Its possible and it might help some but if we dont score it wont make a difference. It'll be like that game when we held Manning and the Colts all game long until the very end. A game we should've won but didn't because we couldn't score either. The moment when Brady starts clicking if don't lead by two scores or more its over.

It will be 90 degrees with 72% humidity, so I think Miami has a shot if our D can keep NE under 24 pts. NE will fade in the second half due to the heat and humidity. Miami 23 NE 21[/QUOTE

A real possibility....very cool summer in new England this yr temperature didn't get over 90 but two times nothing like a good hot Florida day to take there minds off the task at hand

I am glad we have them before they get any real film on us....I think we can surprise them. We know them well, they really don't know us. We usually always play the Pats tough!

Unless they play a near perfect game I do not see how Miami wins. If Gronk is healthy and plays, a double TE set with him and their newly acquired TE Tim Wright, they will have a big day in the middle of the field. Our LBs are still under achieving and are not good in coverage. Brady is still Brady and usually has big games against us. Would love to see Miami win, but realistically I would say....

NE 31
Mia 20

New England 56, Miami 3

How stupid is this crappy team to even show up for the game?

The Overhype train gets derailed as the law of averages catches up with the team from Foxboro and the decline begins. The Dolphins pull out a shocker

Dolphins 34 Patriots 17

I appreciate all the Miami fan bravado, I mean it is week one, lol, but no one can really believe they know what the hell is going to happen. The Dolphins have been anything but predictable, weeks they should win they don't show up, weeks you expect them to drop one they somehow pull their heads out of their asses. Who the f knows what team will show up.

I hope they plant Brady on his f'ing ass and Tannehill puts on an air show the likes we haven't seen in two decades.
