I like Howard but this isn't surprising at all. His stock is at the highest at this point and time. Considering his salary and his age this makes sense.

Cornerbacks and Wide Receivers are to today's NFL what Defensive Ends and Left Tackles were 10 years ago. I wouldn't trade him, but his value is high now despite the injuries.
