100% behind Section 126. Not only is he dead-on regarding that article being total BS (those are second rate attorneys attempting to advise RW's counsel). He does it with class. The rest of you are trolls.

I think you're the only one reading this right. If Ricky files bankruptcy, the smart thing for the dumbas* to do, then we get nothing. No rights, No money, nothing. just screwed up the a** like everything else that's happened to this team lately.
 
Also you think the NFL will allow bankruptcies to void contracts? That would be just great. Send Ogunleye a letter!

I don't think it's the bankruptcy that would cancel the contract, it's the return of the money that would cancel the contract.

I don't think Barry ever gave back any money did he?

I know they got a judgement against him but did he ever actually pay it back?

We own his rights for three years starting when he comes back to play. So if he decides to play next year, we have his rights for three more years after that. If he holds out another two years, then you tack on the three years AFTER he reports. Correct?
