Fire Philbin / Poor timeout management

I've been saying that Philbin sucks for 2 + years now. It really is nice to be proven correct.
 
I agree with the decision to go for it there. I just think the play call sucked.

Likewise, the timeout call at the very end of the game (the one when the clock was stopped) was not necessarily bad, but the fact that we had Wheeler in man coverage on a good receiving tight end after a timeout is mind-boggling.

I know it's easier in hindsight but it looked like if Tannehill had faked it to Moreno/Miller and ran to his right he would've scored. The defense all ran towards the right in belief the runner had the ball and it appeared as if the end zone was clear to run into for Tannehill.
