The USMC has 19 year old young men leading fireteams into combat.
They seem to do ok being selective.

They have young men that decide life an death every single day.

As does the Army, the Navy and the Air Force.

All this "Kid" nonsense has got to stop. They are adults, and are accountable for
their actions.

And Iv been around all those people of that age and they do the same crap to each other, hell even people in church... Your job doesnt determine how you and your friends joke, have fun and release tension during their off hours.
