So much wrong with this...

Black players do not represent 75% of the NFL player base. In 2020 they represent 57.5%

Black people do not make up 14.2% of the US population, they comprise 12.6%

In 2020 there were three black head coaches, that's 9.3%, one more black head coach and we are right at the national demographic. The national demographic for Hispanics is higher than blacks at 16.9%. Why isn't there a Rooney rule for Hispanics? I think we have one Hispanic Head Coach (Ron Rivera)

The billionaires in the world are made up of just .42% blacks, I really hope you're not suggesting that We The People should create a few black billionaires just so they can own an NFL franchise. Should we then do the same for Hispanics?

Here's another fun fact, White Gentiles make up just 16% of the world population and are by definition a minority.

There isn't an NFL team out there that would pass on a coach that could take them to a super bowl, race just doesn't factor into it. The two black coaches that were fired were not winning, no playoffs. Period. The black coach still coaching? Mike Tomlin NEVER had a losing season (3 times he was 8-8) he was in two Super Bowls and won one of them. Thats why he's still coaching, he wins.

If Flores took a dime to throw any game he belongs in prison, there's laws that prevent that in professional sports. He doesn't automagically get immunity so he must feel that he cannot be convicted on such a charge, Flores has already been proven to be a bold faced liar.
The Rooney rule doesn’t just include black candidates. It includes basically anyone who isn’t a white male. A team could interview a white woman and an Asian male and be in compliance with the Rooney rule.

This isn't about fault as much as it's about how much tangible evidence is out there....
A very astute comment. Everyone is jumping on theories and guess work but ultimately it comes down to proving what you’re saying. If you can’t then I think a defamation suit won’t be far off from Ross the dross.

It seems inconceivable that Flo’s lawyers won’t have examined his evidence/sources and not provided him with their professional opinion and probability or lack of success with the evidence to hand.
