The decision to try to get it to Hartline with 3 players on.him was not good.

Sure, that decision was terrible. Even Tom Brady does it once in a while. Overall Tannehill is a much better QB than Moore though.

Hartline is a mediocre WR who gets exposed when asking to create on his own or in the red zone.

Sure he can. Tannehill hits everyone on the deep plays except for Wallace.

post a link to a play that RT has made a throw like that. you cant. because there isnt one. ive seen them all and RTs best throw as a pro was to hartline in the cleveland game last year, but it wasnt that type of throw. thats just not a part of the kid's game.
