Game-Planning Gentleman Easy!!!

Since they're considered a legit Super Bowl contender. Since they went to the AFC Championship game in 2004. Maybe not the best offense in the NFL, but among the top 10 for sure....

They do have the #1 defense in the NFL. I wasn't that impressed with either team last night to be honest, but had we not turned the ball over so many times, we would have had a great shot to win IMO....

PHINZ RULE!!!!

Their offense does not scare me one bit. Roethelisberger looked like the inexperienced Qb he is, and he will be hard pressed to repeate the luck he had last year.

i actually agree with blitzkrieg....it was clearly obvious turnover killed us....we were in steelers territory a few times and gave the ball away.

EXACTLY!!! To's, they do count in a game right? Because I'm getting the impression they don't. I've never seen so many "what if's" and 'but's" in my life.

Being a legitamate SB contender does not make them a top 10 offense. You stated why in your post they are a SB contender. They have the #1 defense in the NFL. Baltimore's offense sucked the year they won the SB they had a streak of 5 games without scoring a TD that year yet they still won because of Defense and Fieldgoals. And the AFC championship game was last year they are a different team this year. Maybe they are a top 10 offense but by no means was their offense represented last night without Duce and Hines in his first week of football this season.

Hey Blitz,
I can appreciate your optimism, but you're missing the point. Excuses have been made for this team for at least 4-5 years now and I'm tired of hearing the same crap. They need to earn something before we can start giving the benefit of the doubt.
