Forget the playoffs, or season record or todays game. Adam Gase has won 9 of his last 10 games with a badly broken roster. That is ****ing amazing - they should make a movie about this season.

Imagine what this guy could do with a good team? We have a young coaching god running this team. Start designing a statue for him.

I honestly think this was the best damn hire in the past decade or so. Sky's the limit for this team with him as HC.

You can't tell me that coaching doesn't make a difference.

Gase exhibited brilliance by continuing to run as much time off of the clock before attempting the game-winning field goal - even at the expense of risking a fumble.

The reason it was brilliant was that a tie was very beneficial to the Dolphins playoff chances. A tie combined with a Broncos loss would also secure a playoff berth. So he was smart to leave the Bills very little time should Franks have missed the field goal.

I'd be curious whether Gase was aware of the benefit of the tie or just based his game management decisions off of Franks's inconsistency.

You forgot to mention that Adam Gase did something that was long overdue and very important that dramatically improved the roster following the Titans game.

And we're 9-1 since then.

Just saying.

I think that good coaches find ways to win even with bad rosters. Anyone can look good when the team is stacked with talent. What makes guys like BB so great is that you remove any player on that team and he still finds a way to win. Lets hope Adam is the next BB.

The man can duct tape a team into the playoffs. Looking so forward to a Gase built team next year at full health.

I was wondering the same thing in my head as well. I'd like to think he was well aware of this.

I want to believe that's what he was doing. I loved that last drive once we got into field goal range just run the clock as much as you can. That way if something crazy happens and you don't get the win you still have that tie which is as good as a win for us at this stage.

Without question he's coach of the year. But nobody in the media even brings him up. Nobody talks about us winning 9 of 10. Crazy the amount of credit we don't get.

Winning record: check
10 wins: check
Winning home record: check
Winning division record: check
Win in December:check
Sweep the rival jets and bills: check

So much this team couldn't do with crap coaches before him and Gase comes in like a boss and turns it around.

Yes, Gase could've run one more play in theory to run even more clock. However, I believe Gase was correct to have Franks kick the field goal coming out of Gase's 2nd and last time out. To run the field goal team out in another frenzied situation would've been overkill. The key move was not kicking the field goal at the 2 minute warning.

you mean when he cut those 3 guys, who together, couldn't block the captain of my high school chess team.

Hellz yeah! Gase also won at least 4 games in the AFC East! That's what's been lacking in our team for years.
